Corporate wellbeing program is any program implemented by companies to improve the wellbeing of the individuals within the companies. A corporate wellbeing program aims to improve awareness among the employees and offer them solutions to enhance wellbeing, performance, and purpose.

Bulan Bahagia is a social impact program from Remedi Indonesia, a personal and corporate wellbeing company that invites corporations to collaborate in providing a safe space for people to share their thoughts and emotion that are affecting their quality of life, as their corporate wellbeing program.

We believe that mental health is as important as physical health for every human being to reach their potential and live a happy life.

Remedi Indonesia will provide certified facilitators that will support your employee through a safe counseling, coaching or psychotherapy session, giving them a safe place to talk about issues that trouble them, and allowing counselors to help them find their own solutions to problems or develop better ways to manage issues, providing a non- judgmental, empathic and accessible means to allow an employee to find a way forward.

Objectives

Through Bulan Bahagia program, we’d like to introduce one of our corporate wellbeing program to your company, which consist of counseling, coaching and psychotherapy sessions for your employee’s wellbeing.

Our aim is that, through this program, we can help to increase your employee’s mental health, positive emotional state that would lead to the increasing of your company productivity.
