In everyday life, we mostly forget to let go of our emotional baggage. We take our anger, disappointment, sadness, worries and other un-ease emotions with us. These un-ease emotions stay with us for so many days that turns into weeks, months and sometimes years. Unconsciously, these un-ease emotions that manifest in our body turn into a dis-ease.
At Rumah Remedi stress release session, thru guided meditation, we learn to let go all those un-ease feelings that we have. We release all the emotion that comes with all the drama in our lives.
In this session, we discuss the lesson of every story that comes into our life. Bring forth and feel the emotion that comes with the situation then let them go. We change our negative emotions into a positive one and meditate on it. As we let go, we welcome a new story of our life. We welcome a new day. We are the one that has control of our own life story.
We use modified Sedona Method as the tool of releasing. This method was created by Lester Levinson, a very successful businessman who was diagnosed with a deadly disease when he was 42. Doctor said that his chance to live was only 3 months after diagnosis. To spend his last days, Levinson decided to go to Sedona Hill, Arizona, USA. After 3 months, his lawyer went to Sedona and was surprised to see Lester healthy. He found this method and lived until age 84. Lester dedicated his life to share this releasing technique and called it the Sedona Method.
Levinson said that as a human we get use to say that “I am mad”, “I am sad”, “I am disappointed”, while the real thing is, “I feel mad”, “I feel sad”, “I feel disappointed”. We are not our emotions. Emotions (energy-in-motion) are energy that are not attached to us. Just like other forms of energy, we as human being has the power to release it. But most of the time, what happens is, we hold on to that emotion. Until we didn’t realize that the emotion has become us.
Every Tuesday night at 7.30 PM, Rumah Remedi invites you all to come and release all negative belief or emotion that no longer serves our goodness. This method is very effective in making you feel at peace, healthy, joyful and love. Without those unnecessary emotion we become more focus and know what we really want in life.
