A bi-monthly meditation class in which we go deeper within ourselves, letting go of that which no longer serves our good, by opening our hearts, clearing the mind and relaxing the body.
In this meditation session, we guide participants to go deep into their Self. Going within, letting go attachments of stories in their life, and coming into a state of peace, bliss and love.
In this state of peace, by quieting the chatters in our heads, we are then connected with our Higher Self, and have a ‘Knowingness” of what we truly want and desire in our life.
Meditation has many positive benefits for our wellbeing, for the Body-Mind-Spirit.
For the body:

Intan started to get into meditation after her practice of Yoga. She then found that the practice of meditation is truly the essence of Yoga. To connect completely with the Inner Spirit, who is always connected with the Universe and the All Mighty Creator. Inspired by many of her teachers, mentors and thru the numerous meditation knowledge she has received and her daily meditation practice, Intan shares a soft style of meditation which focuses on opening and igniting the fire in people’s hearts.
