A very gentle and easy Yoga class focusing on bringing us back to our Breath. Combining simple movements with an awareness of the breath cultivates great energy that is within us.
Starting with releasing tensions in our joints, where most of our emotions resides first in our bodies, followed by a gentle flow of asanas then ending with a heart opening meditation.
This class is intended to re-energize, connect you back with your physical body, and you have a feeling of peace, joy, revitalised in your body-mind and heart.
Siti Banu Intan
Intan fell in love with Yoga ten years ago and have since been practicing daily and lovingly shares the knowledge to others. She receives her 200 YTT training in 2010 and another 100 YTT in 2013. She leads her class with a focus on connecting the mind, body and spirit with the breath. Her focus is to relieving emotional and mental stress from the physical body.
